Moraine Valley Community College is seeking a part-time User Support Services Specialist to provide first-line IT assistance for students and staff across all sites. This role handles installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computing equipment and software.
The position requires 1–3 years of end-user support experience and familiarity with PC, Apple and mobility devices, with strong communication skills. Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–Noon, with occasional additional hours as needed.
