DutiesThe Nursing Pathway Programs Coordinator supports the nursing department by promoting program visibility, coordinating student recruitment efforts, and strengthening community and clinical partnerships. Reporting to the Dean of Nursing, this position plays a vital role in maintaining affiliation agreements, organizing departmental events, and managing student onboarding documentation, including health records. The coordinator serves as a liaison between the department, prospective students, community organizations, and healthcare facilities, and provides essential administrative support to enhance student success and program development.
A nursing license is not required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in education, Health Sciences, Public Health, Communications, or a related field.
At least two (2) years of related experience in outreach, student recruitment, program coordination, or community engagement required. Knowledge of student services, admission processes and past experience with admissions processes, including assisting students in their completion of admissions materials. Knowledge of Nursing program helpful.

- Ability to deliver customary student services and admission requirements, processes and procedures connected to selective health science/nursing admission programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge/ability to assist students with college admissions policies and procedures, and Final date to receive applicationss.
- Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills who efficiently multi-tasks while maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), good judgment, flexibility and a team orientation when dealing with students and others.
