We are seeking an experienced automotive sales consultant for a high‑volume dealership with over 500 vehicles in inventory. The candidate will provide exceptional customer service and drive sales volume.

• Greet customers and assess vehicle needs.
• Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge.
• Know inventory, options, and technology.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Overcome objections and drive sales success.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and ideas.
• Bring a positive attitude and the ‘A’ game every day.

• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Multi‑lingual/bilingual preferred (Spanish, Russian, Polish).
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Strong record of positive customer‑service results.
• Self‑starter mentality and ambitious spirit.
• Outgoing personality, self‑motivated, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be a current U.S. resident.
