We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Day Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multifamily apartment community in Panama City Beach.

• Unit turns and make-readies
• Painting and drywall patching
• Minor repairs and general maintenance
• Preparing vacant units for move-in
• Assisting with daily work orders
• General property upkeep and maintenance support
• Groundskeeping and lawn care assistance
• Trash pickup and maintaining curb appeal
• Maintaining clean and safe common areas

• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience
• Experience with apartment turns and make-readies
• Lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
• Basic HVAC knowledge or apartment maintenance experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
• Friendly attitude with good customer service skills

• Must be dependable and punctual
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to perform physical work indoors and outdoors
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to pass a background check
