Position Title:

Maintenance

Maintenance is responsible for maintaining the property, maintaining the building inside and out, repairing and cleaning exhibits, 7D Moving Theater, and Mirror Maze and other operations that adhere to all Company Policy/Attraction standards. This position is seasonal and may include shifts scheduled between 8am - midnight, every day of the year including holidays.

• Maintenance and Repair of Ripley's Odditorium, 7D moving theater, and Mirror Maze.
• Keeping the entire grounds outside the facility clean and free of trash, gum, stray pine straw, etc.
• Maintenance and repair of exhibits.
• Maintenance and repair of building including restrooms.
• Maintenance and repair of turnstile and POSequipment.
• Maintenance of HVAC units.
• Cleaning toilets & urinals.
• Dusting silk plants, signs, walls, lights, etc.
• Cleaning up accidents.
• Cleaning windows & mirrors.
• Cleaning acrylic.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices, including safety.
• Other duties, as deemed necessary by management.

• 0-2 years in a maintenance background.
