Job Overview

Topgolf is seeking cleaning staff who are dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. This role is essential to the overall guest experience and requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a positive attitude.

• Clean and sanitize venue areas, including restrooms, dining areas, and kitchen spaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when reordering is needed.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to appropriate personnel.
• Support team in upholding a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for guests.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations.

• Attention to detail and efficient cleaning skills.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
• Physical fitness and stamina to conduct cleaning tasks; ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.

• On feet for most of the day.
• Engaged in lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying as needed.
• High endurance to maintain standards in a fast‑paced environment.

• Earn up to $15.00 per hour based on experience.
