First Service Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the physical plant across our properties in Florida. You will supervise maintenance staff, plan work orders, and ensure safe operations in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building trades.
The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, 3–5 years in building trades, and strong communication abilities. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday with comprehensive benefits and travel as needed.
