ABOUT THE ROLE:

Recurring cleaning at a retail store inside Pier Park - two services, one hire: a commercial deep clean and window washing, done the same visit. Store name shared after onboarding. This is occasional foot-in-the-door work, not full or part time - recurring every 3 months. We also have a second recurring cleaning job at a nearby location in the Panama City Beach area - one person can handle both.

SCHEDULE:

Date not set yet - tell us which days you CAN'T work and we'll schedule around that. Start time is 7 or 8 AM and cannot be changed. Recurring every 3 months. About 2.5-3.5 hours on site total for both services.

PAY: $70 per visit for the deep clean + $50 per visit for the window washing - $120 total per visit, paid separately per service line. Paid 24-48 hours after the job is completed to manager satisfaction. Check-in, before/after photos, and check-out are done through links we send you. Bring your own supplies and earn a per-visit bonus: +$10 deep clean, +$5 windows, +$15 for both - or we provide everything, either way works.

THE WORK:
Deep clean - sweep, dust mop, vacuum and mop all floors including corners and edges, dust shelving, fixtures, ledges and vents, wipe counters and display cases, empty trash, clean restroom if present. Windows - entry door glass in and out, squeegee and detail all edges and corners, polish handles, sills and doorplates, remove webs, gum and debris, wipe ledges dry.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 or older
• Cleaning experience
• Experience using a window scrubber and squeegee
• Reliable personal transportation
• Comfortable completing a standard onboarding screening

SUPPLIES (if bringing your own):
Deep clean - vacuum, mop and bucket, broom and dustpan, all-purpose cleaner, disinfectant, glass cleaner, microfiber cloths, dusting tool, restroom cleaner, scrubber or deck brush. Windows - window scrubber/applicator, squeegee, glass cleaning solution, microfiber or scrim cloths, scraper or razor, bucket. Step stool or extension pole helpful. Tell us what you have - all, some, or none.

DRESS CODE:
Slip-resistant shoes recommended. Clean plain blue or black shirt, jeans or non-athletic shorts - nothing ripped, no sweatpants. Hair tied back, arrive clean and presentable.
