Houseman

By the Sea Resorts is seeking experienced housemen for our portfolio of properties. The Houseman is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's guest rooms and public areas. They perform a variety of tasks, including moving furniture, making minor repairs, and assisting housekeepers with cleaning and maintenance tasks. The Houseman must be able to work quickly and efficiently, and they must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.

They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

$15 per hour

• Move furniture and other heavy objects
• Make minor repairs to guest rooms and public areas
• Assist housekeepers with cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms
• Replenish supplies, such as towels and toiletries
• Remove trash and recyclables
• Report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Basic knowledge of carpentry and plumbing (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
