Supervisor, Maintenance

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance activities at our Jacksonville, Florida location. The role requires planning, supervising and assigning maintenance work for the daily schedule, monitoring progress, and providing managerial oversight to direct reports in safety, quality and efficiency. The supervisor will ensure jobs are planned and performed safely, allocate resources (equipment, tools, materials) and communicate daily status to the Maintenance Coordinator.

Coordinating with Operations, reviewing work packages, and driving improvements to procedures and plans. Ensuring compliance with environmental rules and regulations, and maintaining open communication with Operations and Engineering.

• Required skills include 2-5 years of supervisor experience in chemical manufacturing or related industries, strong communication, and proficiency with CMMS (e.g., SAP).
• 2-5 years of supervisor experience in chemical manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Familiarity with root cause incident investigation, mitigation and prevention programs
• Basic knowledge of applicable environmental rules and regulations
• High School Diploma/GED;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• CMMS (e.g., SAP) experience
• CMRT or CMRP certification is a plus.
