Royal American Management seeks an on-site Centralized Maintenance professional to preserve property condition and safety. You will supervise maintenance staff, perform repairs across units and common areas, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards while maintaining records and coordinating with vendors.
You must have high school education, EPA/HVAC certification (or within 90 days), and the ability to travel as required. Strong communication, attendance, and professionalism are essential.
