A stable, growing precision forging manufacturer supplying the aerospace, defense, and power generation industries is hiring a Tool Crib Attendant to support its shop floor operations.

As a Tool Crib Attendant, you'll play a hands on role supporting a high precision manufacturing environment where the tools and equipment you manage directly impact production quality and uptime. • Prior experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment, ideally within aerospace, defense, or heavy metal forming operations
• Background as an industrial mechanic, maintenance technician, or similar hands on mechanical role
• Familiarity with tool crib operations, including issuing, tracking, inspecting, and maintaining hand tools, power tools, gauges, dies, and shop equipment
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and support tool calibration and preventive maintenance schedules
• Comfort working in a fast paced, physically active shop floor setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
• Ability to lift, move, and organize tooling and equipment as needed
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with mechanics, machinists, and production staff
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training a plus
