Our client, a leading organization in repair logistics and inventory management, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Repair Support Associate to join their team. As a Repair Support Associate, you will be an essential part of the service operations team, supporting repair logistics, inventory handling, and facility upkeep. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical stamina, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service.

Location: Paramus, NJ
Pay Range: $20/Hourly
Shift: 9AM-5:00PM
What's the Job?
- Safely move, pack, and unpack units, handling boxes weighing 50+ lbs regularly.
- Scan, receive, and log repair units into tracking systems for complete traceability.
- Receive incoming inventory, accurately count warehouse stock, and record all changes.
- Thoroughly clean household appliances units before returning them to customers, adhering to quality standards.
- Communicate repair status updates to customers in a friendly and clear manner.
What's Needed?
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and handle physical tasks comfortably.
- Experience with barcode scanners and basic inventory tracking software.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory counts and record keeping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset—proactive, reliable, and adaptable to changing duties.
