Position:
Substitute Hourly Janitor

District-Wide Effective Dates:  school year Employment

Terms:

Substitute Janitors are needed district-wide to be used on an as needed basis.

No medical benefits;

At-will position; not associated with any collective bargaining association

Reports To:

Principal and/or Building Supervisor/Head Custodian Job Goal(s):
To provide students, staff and community members with a safe, attractive, comfortable, and clean place in which to learn, play, and develop

Qualifications:

* Certification of good health signed by licensed physician.

* Sufficient strength, agility, and dexterity to perform required tasks.

* Knowledge of methods, materials, and equipment used in custodial work.

* Demonstrated aptitude for successful fulfillment of assigned performance responsibilities.

* Must possess a Black Seal Fireman's License for boiler operation or be willing to obtain one within one year of employment.

Salary: $26.40 per hour Application:
