Kids for the Future seeks a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve building systems across a large residential and limited commercial portfolio. You will troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical equipment, and BAS, while mentoring technicians and coordinating preventive maintenance.
You will read blueprints, manage CMMS records, supervise vendors, and ensure safety standards meet OSHA and company policies.
