We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and well‑functioning environment for our residents and staff. In this role, you’ll perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, assist with equipment upkeep, and support preventative maintenance efforts across the facility.

• Complete work orders including repairs such as plumbing, painting, drywall, and light carpentry
• Perform routine maintenance (light bulbs, HVAC filters, equipment upkeep)
• Assist in maintaining all areas of the facility, including grounds, parking areas, and common spaces
• Support preventative maintenance programs and maintain accurate records
• Conduct daily inspections of building systems, equipment, and grounds
• Identify and resolve potential safety hazards
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating external contractors as needed

• Experience with general maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical basics, etc.)
• Understanding of building safety and fire codes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Ability to read, write, and speak English

• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs
• Regular standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and reaching
• Availability for occasional after‑hours needs
