CCR (Carrier Commercial Refrigeration) recherche un Technicien Support technique basé à Paris, Kentucky. Vous serez responsable de fournir un support technique aux équipes de vente et de surveiller la conformité technique des commandes tout en garantissant la satisfaction client.
Vous devez avoir une formation technique de Bac+2 à Bac+5 et une expérience significative dans un environnement multi-interlocuteurs, de préférence dans le secteur du froid commercial ou des équipements HVAC/R.
Des compétences solides en systèmes frigorifiques et une maîtrise de l’anglais sont essentielles pour interagir avec des partenaires internationaux.
