Work Schedule (Shift/Work Hours): 3rd shift 11:00pm-7:30am (M-F)

3. This is a hands-on role where competency and safety are critical. The Manager needs to feel confident the selected candidate truly understands the field and can perform the work safely and independently. First Interview will be virtual Second Interview will be onsite 3rd shift however first 90 days will be 1st shift (7-3:30pm) Equipment:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains building electrical system and heating and cooling equipment.
- Performs maintenance or general carpentry on items such as doors, floors, docks, overhead doors, roof downspouts, product racks, materials handling equipment, etc.
- Completes required reports when maintenance tasks are concluded.
- Answers security alarm calls as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Technical School preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 3 years applicable direct experience in a similar position.
Knowledge
Skills and Abilities:
- Skills in mathematics, personal computers and related applications are vital.
- Interpersonal and communication skills are important.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems required.
