Perform safety and preventative maintenance checks on power washing machinery and corporate vehicles;
Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate effectively with facility users and team members;
Manage equipment inventory, install wear parts, and maintain proper storage of tools and vehicles;
Conduct seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to support facility safety.
