The Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing, is responsible for operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring they meet established standards. This role involves performing safety and preventative maintenance on machinery, managing equipment inventory, and operating corporate vehicles in compliance with safety protocols. The position requires effective communication with facility users and team members to address service requests and maintain operational efficiency.

The Technician supports facility upkeep through seasonal exterior maintenance and collaborates with management to implement improvements that enhance safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Evaluate cleaning areas to determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and methods for effective results.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks on power washing machinery and corporate vehicles.
• Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate updates with facility users and management.
• Maintain equipment inventory, install wear parts, and ensure proper storage of tools and vehicles.
• Collaborate with teams to meet operational priorities and support facility maintenance needs.
• Conduct seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to maintain safe conditions.

• Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and preventative maintenance for power washing and heavy equipment.
• Ability to evaluate cleaning requirements and adjust operational methods accordingly.
• Skilled in performing equipment inspections, maintenance, and inventory management.
• Competence in operating corporate vehicles safely and conducting required vehicle inspections.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with facility users and team members.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively to meet facility standards.

Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight or weekends. Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report. Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years. Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.

Experience in power washing/exterior maintenance., Experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)., Proficient in speaking and understanding Spanish., State/local licensing where required (for example, Florida, Texas, California).
