The Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing, operates and maintains pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role involves performing preventative maintenance on machinery, managing equipment inventory, and operating corporate vehicles safely. The technician responds to work orders, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and supports facility upkeep through seasonal and additional maintenance tasks. Adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and ethical standards is essential while contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency across facility services.

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Perform safety and preventative maintenance checks on power washing machinery and corporate vehicles.
• Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate effectively with facility users and team members.
• Manage equipment inventory, install wear parts, and maintain proper storage of tools and vehicles.
• Conduct seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to support facility safety.
• Identify and address equipment malfunctions or hazards, escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with managers and coworkers to meet operational priorities and maintain quality standards.

• Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery safely and effectively.
• Ability to evaluate cleaning areas and determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and operational methods.
• Skilled in performing preventative maintenance and safety checks on power washing and facility equipment.
• Competence in operating corporate vehicles, including conducting inspections and adhering to safety protocols.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with facility users, managers, and team members.
• Ability to document work accurately using electronic devices and maintain equipment inventory.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and company policies consistently.

Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight or weekends. Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report. Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years. Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.

Experience in power washing/exterior maintenance., Experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)., Proficient in speaking and understanding Spanish., State/local licensing where required (for example, Florida, Texas, California).
