Responsibilities
- Provide excellent and consistent service to customers.
- Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen equipment engineering department, supporting all other operating departments.
- Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Technician/Tradesman in a hotel, or 4 years in a similar large building or complex with central plant.
