The Track Crew is a tight‑knit group that supports each other, works hard, and creates an environment where you’re encouraged to learn, grow, and succeed. Your manager is invested in your development and wants to see you build skills and expand your role over time.
This is also a unique opportunity to be part of operating one of the few bobsled, luge, and skeleton tracks in the United States. During the summer, the Olympic Park track is transformed into a public‑facing experience, giving you the chance to support operations that very few people ever get to be part of.
Job Requirements- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including summer heat and winter cold
- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Spend your summer working on an Olympic sliding track.
On a typical day, you’ll support track operations by maintaining facilities, assisting with summer bobsled and event activities, and helping ensure the track and surrounding areas remain safe and organized. You’ll work alongside your team to complete daily tasks such as clearing walkways, maintaining equipment, and supporting athlete and guest movement throughout the venue.
You may also assist with transporting equipment, supporting events, and completing general maintenance projects. Every day brings a mix of physical work, problem‑solving, and teamwork to keep operations running smoothly.
For year‑round team members, winter operations add another level of responsibility. You’ll help maintain the track by ensuring it remains clear of obstacles and assist with daily ice preparation, including scraping, sweeping, and slushing to keep the track in optimal condition.
About You at Utah Olympic ParkYou’re someone who enjoys hands‑on work and takes pride in being part of a team that keeps things running behind the scenes. You stay reliable, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your responsibilities, especially when working in fast‑paced or physically demanding environments.
You work well with others, stay adaptable as priorities shift, and understand the importance of maintaining a safe environment for athletes, guests, and coworkers.
