Bike Mechanic

Switchback Sports, a premier ski and bike shop in Park City, is hiring a full‑time Ski Technician / Bike Mechanic. The role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

• Take in all service work, correctly filling out service work orders, scheduling repairs, and completing repairs in a timely manner.
• Perform all service work requested by the customer.
• Assist customers in an enthusiastic and courteous manner.
• Advise and assist customers and employees with all repair needs and questions.
• Communicate with manager, rental, and warranty part needs.
• Develop and maintain knowledge expertise of all merchandise in the department to assist customers with accurate information; stay current as new product lines are introduced.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

• Previous ski and bike mechanic experience and knowledge.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize the workday, multitask, and be detail‑oriented.
• Ability to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and take direction well.
• Acceptable appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to create an excellent customer and team experience.

• Pay: $18-21 per hour.
