- - Responsibilities:
Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs throughout resort facilities, including doors, locks, fixtures, furniture, lighting, and building systems;
Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, weeding, debris removal, and general grounds upkeep;
Assist with snow removal operations, including shoveling, snow blowing, applying ice melt, clearing walkways, entrances, stairs, parking areas, and other resort facilities;
Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance tasks in a timely manner;
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
