This is a hands-on, frontline role focused on the daily maintenance and overall presentation of our managed properties and homeowner associations. We’re looking for a detail-oriented team member who takes pride in their work and enjoys contributing to a high-quality guest and owner experience.

• Basic experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership in your work
• Ability to identify additional maintenance needs and communicate them to your supervisor
• Professional, courteous, and guest-focused attitude at all times
• Ability to perform routine property tasks including trash pickup and snow/ice removal
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays

May include testing and adding chemicals to hot tubs.
