Location:
Snow Flower Condominiums, managed by Park City Lodging
Snow Flower Condominiums consists of four buildings and 160 ski-in/ski-out condominiums. This is a front-line, skill-based, detail-oriented position involving daily upkeep of our managed properties and homeowner associations.
Skills & Experience:- Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall.
- Strong attention to detail, taking pride and ownership in your work.
- Ability to observe and report additional maintenance needs requiring attention.
- Professional, helpful attitude, maintaining positive relationships with guests, owners, and co-workers.
- Willingness to perform routine property maintenance, including trash pickup and snow/ice removal.
- Dependable and punctual, with availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Electronic aptitude a benefit-troubleshooting Comcast/wifi issues and supporting electronic door lock systems.
Testing and adding chemicals to hot tubs to maintain a safe and clean environment for owners and guests
