Job Details

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Application Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This exciting role involves working with cutting‑edge technology and heavy machinery to design, develop, and implement hydraulic systems, making a significant impact on our success.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative hydraulic systems for heavy machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to design and optimize manufacturing processes.

Utilize Solid Works to create detailed designs and structural analyses of systems and components.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hydraulic systems and heavy machinery.

Conduct in‑depth analyses to identify potential areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

Provide technical support and guidance to the manufacturing team, including training on new systems and processes.

Keep up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and advancements in hydraulic systems and heavy machinery.

Ensure all designs and processes comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in hydraulic systems design and implementation, preferably in the manufacturing industry; at least 1 year of experience with Railcar.

Proficiency in Solid Works or equivalent CAD software (3D 2005 and higher).

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and heavy machinery.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Solid understanding of structural analysis and design principles.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working effectively with cross‑functional teams.

A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a passion for staying up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
