Markent Personnel is seeking a Stamping Press Room Manager to direct all production activities within the press room. You will lead day-to-day press room operations to ensure schedules, products, and deliveries meet customers' quality standards at minimum costs.
This role requires 5+ years in stamping/press leadership, new program launches, and a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and CI. You will drive continuous improvement and supervise a team to achieve safety and production goals.
