We are seeking an organized and dependable Accounts Payable Clerk to support day-to-day accounting operations in an onsite, in-person role. This position starts part-time (approximately 16 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing accounts payable invoices and data entry
- Organizing, filing, scanning, and digitizing AP paperwork
- Working with multiple departments to collect and track invoices
- Assisting with general administrative and accounting tasks
- Supporting the transition from paper-based to automated AP processes
- Prior accounts payable experience required
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Comfortable working with paper records and digital systems
- Professional communication skills and ability to handle confidential information
- Onsite availability during scheduled hours
- Oportunity to expand hours and responsibilities over time
- Full-time benefits available at 30+ hours/week
