LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a long-time client who is looking to hire an Associate Product Manager. Our client is a manufacturing organization with a domestic and international reach.
In this role, you'll represent the interests of the market, supporting the company in developing market-driven products, review country-specific standards and support in obtaining appropriate approvals when necessary.
Requirements:- Min 2-3 years of experience in product management of consumer or B2B industrial products (tech/SaaS products will not translate)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or similar discipline
- Provide competitive analysis, feature benefit analysis, market and price positioning for new/existing products.
- Aid in the development of list pricing strategies with consideration of costs, competitive landscape, and margins. Regularly review prices based on field input and competitive information.
- Process technical customer inquiries and inquiries from the technical advisory service.
- Ensure products are listed in tender documents and tariffs of the relevant professional associations and institutions.
- Ensure correct product data is in the appropriate IT systems for internal/external customers.
- Assist in identifying and executing national trade shows.
- Develop technical documentation (assembly manual, planning manuals, catalog, spare parts catalog, order blocks, product posters).
- Support marketing communications in the development of customer facing communications i.e. brochures, flyers, case studies.
