The Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) is seeking a Sponsorship Coordinator who will use their knowledge of corporate business environments, analytical skills and attention to client service to support the fulfillment of sponsorship offerings and contribute to the overall success of the sponsorship objectives. By collaborating and engaging with internal teams and external partners, the Sponsorship Coordinator plays a vital role to help maximize MDRT’s ability to deliver value to and develop lasting business relationships with sponsors.

Primary

Responsibilities
  • Execute tasks supporting the delivery of corporate sponsorship benefits in a timely manner
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for sponsor events, including managing speakers, delivering collateral, and ensuring alignment of messaging and content
  • Develop and maintain sponsorship fulfillment reports to track deliverables and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize CRM systems and Excel to input, extract, analyze, and communicate data to sponsors
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure fulfillment of sponsorship commitments
  • Support ongoing communication and relationship management with sponsors
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking follow-up action items
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in a client service or account management role
  • Comfort working with diverse, global audiences and an appreciation for cross-cultural collaboration
  • Familiarity with corporate operations and communication practices; experience with organizational structures is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate information, develop deliverables, and resolve issues resourcefully
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM database systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting demands and deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Open and effective communicator, comfortable collaborating in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and interact effectively in person, by phone, and virtually
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 10%)
  • Willingness to participate in early morning or evening calls to support Asia-based clients

The position is required to be in our Park Ridge, IL office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
