Early Childhood Cooking Instructor
Job Location:
Maine Park Leisure Center
- Park Ridge, IL 60068
Salary Range: $60.00 - $70.00 Hourly
ResponsibilitiesTeach parent‑tot and kindergarten‑aged cooking classes. Create your own menu, grocery shop, and facilitate a themed‑related craft each week. Talk with children and their adults about nutrition, measuring, tasting, and smelling new foods to introduce picky eaters to a whole new world of eating.
CompensationOne‑hour parent‑tot classes are paid $60 per class, and our 1.5‑hour kindergarten class is paid $70 per class.
Qualifications- One to two years of experience working with young children.
- Must be comfortable teaching around adults.
- Memberships at our Fitness Center, Ice Arena and Activity Center (for Active Adults 55+)
- Indoor and Outdoor Pool Use
- Driving Range
- Buckets of Balls - Private Room Rental for Your Special Occasions
- Classes such as Fitness, Tae Kwon Do, dog obedience
- Discounted Preschool and Summer Camps for dependents
