Passionate leader
who loves seeing children grow in Jesus while equipping an amazing team of volunteers to do the same? We are looking for a relational, vision-driven
Kid’s Corner Associate Director
(Birth–Kindergarten) to shepherd our leaders and volunteers, nurture our families, and create vibrant, safe spaces where kids thrive.

The Mission (If One Accepts It):

The candidate isn't just managing programs; but building a thriving community of shepherd-leaders and ministry teams. The primary goal is to love, support, and empower our volunteers so they can, in turn, effectively disciple the children.

The 'Fun' Responsibilities:
  • Volunteer Cultivator (Shepherd-Leader):Identify, recruit, and coach new leaders, moving them from supporters to shepherd-leaders.
  • Team Cheerleader:Build community-based, high-energy teams through regular "huddles" and personal care (one-on-ones, prayer, and encouragement).
  • Strong Leadership Partner:Collaborate with the Children’s Ministry Director to craft a fun, Jesus-centered ministry vision, which includes epic events like VBS and holiday programs.
  • Family Partner:Equip parents to be the primary spiritual leaders at home.
  • Culture Creator:Foster a culture of appreciation and safety (handwritten notes, public praise, and rigorous safety checks and processes).
To Become Our Next Leader, One should:
  • Loves Jesus & Kids:One has a growing faith and a huge heart for nurturing children.
  • A People Person:Strong relational intelligence, communication skills, and a "shepherd's heart".
  • A Coach:Experience in developing teams and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Experience:3+ years in ministry/education leadership is preferred, but not critical.
  • Education: A degree in Bible, Theology, or Education is great, but a passion for discipleship is essential.
