Are you a passionate leader who loves seeing children grow in Jesus while equipping an amazing team of volunteers to do the same? We are looking for a relational, vision-driven Kid’s Corner Associate Director (Birth–Kindergarten) to shepherd our leaders and volunteers, nurture our families, and create vibrant, safe spaces where kids thrive.

You aren't just managing programs; you are building a thriving community of shepherd-leaders and ministry teams. Your primary goal is to love, support, and empower our volunteers so they can, in turn, effectively disciple the children.

• Volunteer Cultivator (Shepherd-Leader):
  Identify, recruit, and coach new leaders, moving them from supporters to shepherd-leaders.
• Team Cheerleader:
  Build community-based, high-energy teams through regular "huddles" and personal care (one-on-ones, prayer, and encouragement).
• Strong Leadership Partner:
  Collaborate with the Children’s Ministry Director to craft a fun, Jesus-centered ministry vision, which includes epic events like VBS and holiday programs.
• Family Partner:
  Equip parents to be the primary spiritual leaders at home.
• Culture Creator:
  Foster a culture of appreciation and safety (handwritten notes, public praise, and rigorous safety checks and processes).

• You Love Jesus & Kids:
  You have a growing faith and a huge heart for nurturing children.
• You’re a People Person:
  Strong relational intelligence, communication skills, and a "shepherd's heart".
• You're a Coach:
  Experience in developing teams and delegating tasks effectively.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years in ministry/education leadership is preferred, but not critical.
• Education:
  
  A degree in Bible, Theology, or Education is great, but a passion for discipleship is essential.
