In this role, you will be focused on site development projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. The position offers hands‑on experience, exposure to the full project lifecycle, and mentorship from senior engineers.
This is a direct hire opportunity. The role must be performed on‑site.The pay range for this role is between $31.25 to $52.88 an hour based on experience.
Responsibilities- Design and manage multiple site development projects
- Assist in grading, drainage, and site layout design
- Participate in all phases of projects (planning - design - permitting - execution)
- Conduct field work/site visits for real‑world experience
- Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines/budgets are met
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with AutoCAD
