We are looking for a Manager, Brand Finance interested in a career with a top ranked and growing snack company, to join our Finance business at PIM’s Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey. This position will report to our Senior Manager, Brand Finance.
Job Overview:
The Brand Finance Manager will provide financial and business decision-making support to the Brand Finance leader, to achieve profitable growth. The Brand Finance Manager will make recommendations for P&L enhancement via optimized resource utilization and partner cross functionally to analyze revenue, cost, and profit drivers related to price, trade, manufacturing, logistics, and other commercial and cost factors. This role will also lead the analysis of the company’s international expansion, providing diligence on all financial impacts and decisions in new geographical markets.
Provide support to Senior Manager, Brand Finance.
Generate pro-forma P&Ls for new and current items while working cross-functionally with key stakeholders to validate inputs.
Provide analysis on the viability of innovation projects through cross-functional partnerships and diligence to obtain input costs.
Support International expansion through scenario planning, route to market evaluation, pricing and competitive analysis.
Develop and track key metrics related to innovation initiatives.
Assist with development of new department processes through utilization of SAP tools.
Review marketing-related accounts to confirm costs are captured in quarterly customer P&Ls.Report promotional activities via trade promotional management tool (Telus) at the brand and item level.
Identify spend patterns versus historical norms, forecasted plans, and competitive landscape to recommend business opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance Leadership to highlight customer investment opportunities and efficiencies.
Create and maintain a dashboard to measure Seasonal/Holiday performance.
Provide analysis for cost reduction initiatives.
Participate in special projects as assigned by department leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in finance preferred4-7 years of CPG related business experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills:
Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Word, Teams, Power BI (ranked in priority)
Professional level presentation skills to various levels of organizational leaders
