Advocate Health Care - - Responsibilities:
Maintain patient safety and continuously monitor assigned patient; never leave unattended.;
Assist with activities of daily living including bed making, baths, feeding assistance, ambulation and positioning.;
Support nutritional needs by tray setup, menu selection, and assisting with meals.;
Maintain patient confidentiality and communicate with patients, families, and health care team; document needs and outcomes; provide shift change reports to RN.;
Respond to emergencies and follow infection control procedures; attend annual in services; ensure proper use of patient handling equipment when lifting.
