Physical Therapy Assistant; Per diem

Position: Physical Therapy Assistant (Per diem, as needed)
Rochester Regional Health -  - Responsibilities:
Within standards of practice established for a PTA, completes and documents related to patient care, including visit notes, renewal orders, and verbal orders.;
Implements treatment programs individualized to meet patient needs and discharge plans: issues and provides instruction in the use of adaptive equipment.;
Confers with therapist directly, physician, and/or interdisciplinary team members regarding patient response to therapy and any concerns.;
Provides PT gait and ambulation training.;
Instructs in the use of assistive devices.
