POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a driven clinician with passion for helping children live life to the fullest. As a clinic-based BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of children while providing direct on-site support to RBTs. Treatment is compassionate, child led and naturalistic. A rewarding part of your role will be collaboration with your fellow teammates! Our clinics are comprised of board-certified behavior analysts, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists. This allows you the opportunity to work together to drive patient success.

As a clinic director, you will work alongside the regional director and clinic directors of other Ivy locations for optimal personal leadership growth.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop exceptional plan of care
  • Code for services while adhering to compliance standards
  • Document appropriately and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a safe clinic environment
  • Drive the success of the clinic
  • Create a positive work environment

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited program.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state, including completion of the required 8-hour supervision training.
  • Preferred 4–6 years of post-certification experience as a BCBA, with demonstrated clinical leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams while fostering a collaborative and supportive culture.
