Home Health Aide (HHA) / CNA – Immediate Openings

- Active HHA OR CNA Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Current auto insurance with YOUR NAME listed on the policy

Guardian Angel Home Care is a rapidly growing home health agency providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
What You’ll Do- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Help with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping related to patient care
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Communicate with nurses and other members of the clinical team
- Travel between patient homes throughout San Diego County
- Active HHA OR CNA Certification — REQUIRED
- Experience in home health, hospice, or caregiving preferred
- Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
- Ability to work independently in patient homes
- Reliable attendance and professional communication
This is a field-based home health position
, and travel between patient homes is required.
You MUST have:
- A valid driver’s license
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Your name listed on the auto insurance policy
Transportation is not provided by the company.

Travel between patient locations is required.
