Advocate Health’s PM&R Nurse Practitioner role is hospital-based with roughly 90% inpatient work, alternating between inpatient rehabilitation and consult services. You will evaluate new inpatient consults, develop rehabilitation plans, and coordinate discharge while collaborating with physiatrists, nurses, therapists, and case managers to optimize patient outcomes.
The position includes a weekend on-call every 5th week, with a compensatory day off during the week and no routine overnight call.
