Join a high-energy, growing MSP where your skills will be put to work solving challenging IT problems across servers, networks, and cloud environments. You’ll be part of a close-knit team of engineers tackling mid-to-advanced-level projects for clients in architecture, engineering, construction, and more. This is a hands‑on role where low‑level tickets like password resets are not your focus—you’ll troubleshoot complex systems, lead data migrations, and ensure client environments run smoothly and securely.

• Serve as the go‑to resource for escalated technical issues, supporting servers, workstations, networks, and cloud services
• Configure and deploy new systems and manage smooth data migrations to Microsoft 365/Share Point
• Maintain backups, troubleshoot MFA, Intune, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and firewalls
• Collaborate with team members and document processes and solutions for ongoing reference

• 2+ years of MSP experience
• Strong expertise in Microsoft servers, Windows workstations, Intune, Active Directory, MFA, DNS/DHCP, and VPNs
• Experience with data migrations, cloud services, and enterprise‑level environments
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and customer service skills
• Flexible, team‑oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
