As Maintenance Director you oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety codes, maintaining facility and grounds standards, and managing equipment and system maintenance schedules to guarantee resident safety and comfort.
QualificationsMinimum: high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of facility maintenance experience.
Preferred: 5 years of prior Maintenance Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting and an associate’s degree in Construction Technology or related field.
