Operations Manager

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the business and ensuring projects run smoothly, safely and profitably.

Key responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and coordinating multiple crews
• Managing supervisors and field staff
• Ensuring jobs are delivered on time and on budget
• Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
• Monitoring job costs and labour productivity
• Quality control and site inspections
• Managing client communication and problem solving
• Improving systems and operational efficiency
• Working with the director to scale the business

We are looking for someone practical, organised and capable of leading teams.

You will likely have experience such as:

• Construction supervisor
• Structural landscaper / civil foreman
• Builder or project manager
• Trade background with leadership experience

• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Truck licence or machinery experience is advantageous

Salary range: $100,000 – $140,000 depending on experience.
