Die Cutter Supervisor –

Location:

Park Ridge, IL Area – Shift: 3rd Shift – Salary: $75,000–$100,000 per year – Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).

• Supervise, coach, and support the die cutting team to achieve production and performance goals.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily die cutting operations to meet production timelines and customer requirements.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while promoting a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and maintenance activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
• Manage inventory levels of die cutting materials and supplies to ensure production.

• Advanced technical training or an Associate degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in die cutting operations or a related manufacturing.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Hands-on experience with multiple die cutting technologies, including rotary, flatbed, and laser die cutting equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
