Advocate Health Care - Up to $31.20/hour - - Responsibilities:
Assists RN with daily care of patients including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, activity orders and ambulation;
Measures and documents blood pressures, temperatures, pulse, respiration, intake and output, daily weights, and other patient data;
Documents accurately in Electronic Medical Record (EMR);
Performs purposeful rounding under direction of RN and communicates observations and needs to RN;
Participates in admission, transfer and discharge processes under supervision of RN
