Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Resource Unit Float (Adult)

Lutheran General is a Level 1 Trauma Medical Center with Magnet designation.
Qualifications- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers issued by the American Heart Association and ACLS;
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) to be obtained within 3 months of start date.
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Apply evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skilled communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Advocate Lutheran General Hospital is a 686‑bed, non‑profit, acute‑care, teaching hospital, Level 1 trauma center and Level 3 perinatal center.
