SummaryAs a Clinical Leader in Practices, your strong ability to lead and guide others serve as valuable resources for staff, as well as facilitating patient care.
Responsibilities- Leadership & Management – Lead physicians, practice managers, and clinical leaders to run day‑to‑day operations, resolve issues, and serve as a clinical resource for LPN, MOA, and clerical staff.
- Ensure staff rounds on patients, consistently uses AIDET, recognizes staff achievements, and coaches staff privately when performance is below standard.
- Participate in the selection of new staff and ensure the peer interview process is followed.
- Patient Care – Drive practice pillar goals, working closely with triad leadership to achieve patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction, financial growth, and quality goals aligned with organizational objectives.
- Issue Resolution – Resolve any issue or concern on the spot, follow up with lead physician and nurse manager, identify high‑risk patients, and ensure care plans are current.
- Associate’s degree in Nursing.
- Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of 2 years RN experience.
- Telephone triage experience strongly preferred.
Associate of Science (AS) in Nursing (Required).
Licenses & Certifications- BLS – Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (AHA).
- RN – Registered Nurse – New York State Education Department (NYSED).
Medium work. Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 10 to 25 pounds frequently, or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects; requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting. For disease‑specific care programs refer to the program‑specific requirements of the department for further specifications on experience and educational expectations, including continuing education requirements.
