Applicants must hold an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license. One (1) year of experience in a Skilled Nursing facility and prior supervisory experience are required.

As Nurse Manager, you will serve as the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your role includes ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care needed as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, leading the team, and advocating for residents to maintain the high standard of care at Harmony Park Ridge.
